Through the support of the US Department of Treasury, Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) Fund, we can deploy New Markets Tax Credits and loan funds to attainable housing, job creation and health food projects. As a certified CDFI and certified Community Development Entity (CDE), we are eligible to access financial tools only accessible to mission-based financial institutions.
