Zeb Jones joined MCC in 2025 and acts as a Commercial Real Estate Lender. In this role, Zeb handles evaluating loan inquiries, guiding applicants, underwriting, providing technical assistance, structuring loans, and reviewing various due diligence documents.

Zeb is joining MCC with nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development, tax credit investment, and risk management. Zeb’s career focus has been on community investment and development. Prior to joining MCC, Zeb was responsible for overseeing the long-term management in both Historic Tax Credits and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits equity investments made by private banks.

Zeb is known for his adaptability, professionalism, and dedication to delivering successful outcomes in the real estate and finance sectors. He is enthusiastic about assisting MCC with their goal of creating and preserving affordable housing and investing in job-creating community-driven economic development within the state.

Zeb graduated from the University of Oregon in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in general science.
