Development Assistant
Elle joined Michigan Community Capital (MCC) in early 2023 as an Administrative Professional and transitioned to the role of Development Assistant in July 2025.
In this position, she supports the full lifecycle of MCC’s development projects by maintaining organized digital files and records, processing and tracking invoices and payment applications, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors as needed. Her responsibilities also include scheduling and documenting internal and external meetings, assisting with proposal solicitations, managing response tracking and contract execution, conducting preliminary research on potential development sites, and supporting the preparation of development applications and documentation. Elle plays an active role in organizing community engagement activities and materials and contributes to project closeout efforts by helping track punch list items, coordinating final inspections, and supporting final documentation.
Prior to MCC, Elle worked as an Administrative Assistant at AIS Construction Equipment, where she managed accounts receivable collections, coded invoices for accounts payable, and handled bill payments. She also served as a Personal Banker at Dart Bank, assisting clients with a variety of account services, including IRAs and CDs.
Elle holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Development from Central Michigan University, graduating in 2019.
