Carriage Town - Flint

MCC is partnering with URC to redevelop three Genesee County Land Bank properties into six for-sale homes in Flint’s Carriage Town Neighborhood. The project will be made possible from a Federal Assistance Grant from the CDFI Fund and a matching grant from the Mott Foundation.The purpose of this project is to help stabilize a neighborhood that has experienced significant foreclosure and demolition. Infilling lots with owner occupied homes and improving the surrounding infrastructure will support safety and reinforce the character of the neighborhood.
