A roughly 23,000 square foot mixed-use building located in downtown Escanaba. The building has 15 luxury rental units, 6 of which are designated "affordable". Commercial space totals 4,178 square feet. The luxury loft apartments, each with a unique floor plan based on the building's rich architectural elements and complimented with modern design aesthetics. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.
