Leo and Alpine

Leo & Alpine is a transit-oriented redevelopment project situated on a formerly underutilized brownfield site. The project is a mixed-income community consisting of 36 apartment homes and approximately 2,250 square feet of commercial space split between two storefronts. The development, financed with low-income housing tax credits, has increased density as well as provided affordable housing and new employment opportunities along an important corridor in the city of Grand Rapids.
