The project is the rehabilitation of three former downtown buildings into a mixed-use development to become the new corporate headquarters for Rowe Incorporated and a new restaurant, entertainment complex, and parking structure. The project will rehabilitate three buildings and relocate over 100 technology-based jobs to Flint where the poverty rate is nearly 45% and unemployment is almost 4.5 times the national average at 25.8%. The project also created 50 temporary construction jobs and 100 permanent jobs.
