Cadillac Lofts

Phase 1 of Cadillac Lofts was completed in 2020 and houses 42 apartments. The four-story building is located downtown with water views, private parking, first-floor commercial space, and walkability to all that downtown living offers. Phase 2 of Cadillac Lofts will add 50 apartments to the complex as well as one commercial suite and a resident fitness room. Leasing for Phase 2 is expected September 2026.
