    Dreamtroit consists of the redevelopment of the existing 140,760 SF former Lincoln Motor Company headquarters into a mixed-used development comprising approximately 82,818 square feet of rentable space. Through the Project, the sponsor aims to combat displacement of artists while delivering affordable residential and publicly accessible commercial amenities in the New Center neighborhood. The Project is located on the site of the original Lincoln Motor factory, which has been occupied since 1908. Over time, the building has fallen into disrepair, and it needs substantial work to continue to serve the community. Building activities will include partial demolition of the warehouse, conversion of the original two-story industrial building, and new construction.
