    The project repurposes an obsolete vacant 47,554 square foot single-story building located in the heart of downtown Port Huron into a mixed-use property featuring the City of Port Huron's Farmer's Market, 36 units of mixed-income housing, retail spaces targeted to independent local businesses, and a year-round event space. The project is expected to cost $13.4 Million to complete by July, 2022.
