This was the New Markets Tax Credit mixed-use development project in the Detroit's CulturalCenter providing 128 market rate apartments on land leasedfrom Wayne State University. This was one of the first market rate mixed-use projects to be developed in Detroit at that time and cost nearly $23 Million to complete.
