Description

This was a New Markets Tax Credit project to design, develop, and construct an approximately 124,000 square foot multi-story LEED® Silver building on approximately 2.0 acres of land for Grand Valley State University to include space for the Seidman College of Business, various outreach services to local and state businesses, including services for small businesses, conferencing, executive level training, community outreach, food service and other related services. The total project cost was just over $42 Million.
