Description

This New Markets Tax Credit project was for the rehabilitation of the Joseph H. Lebowsky Center, a historic theatre and surrounding commercial buildings in Owosso, Michigan. This project also utilized State Brownfield Tax Credits, State Historic Preservation Credits, and Community Revitalization Program grant funding.
