Description

This project renovated an empty industrial building that we acquired from GM to create seven sound stages of for a state of the art film studio in Pontiac, Michigan. The goal of the project was to serve the growing needs of the Michigan film industry by becoming Michigan's only full-service film business facility. The project offered education and training facilities serving the State's unemployed workers and students desiring to enter the film and television business. The project cost $59.4 Million to complete.
