This $13.75 million New Markets Tax Credit project is currently in process for a state of the art fulfillment center for the Mid-west based Grocery chain, Kroger Co. The investment includes both real estate construction and high-tech equipment installation. The total project is estimated to cost just over $60.7 Million to complete.
