Description

Complete restoration of original drinking water filtration plant for the City of Grand Rapids into a vibrant mixed-use environment. The building exhibits the "Mediterranean Revival" theme and was completed in 1912. The building was de-commissioned in 1992 and sat vacant and deteriorating until the restoration took place. It is now a prominent wedding venue and event space in Grand Rapids.
