Description

An 80,000-square-foot mixed-use building will be the new corporate headquarters for Rowe Inc. and a new 30,000-square-foot restaurant and entertainment complex. Eight loft apartments will be built on the top floor of the project, ranging in size from 1,500 square feet to 3,000 square feet. The project will relocate over 100 tech-based jobs to Flint, as well as create 100 new jobs. the total project cost is over $11 million and will include the construction of a separately financed 450-space parking structure.
