Located in the heart of Grand Rapids’ entertainment district, Blue35 is an innovative space designed to foster collaboration, inspiration, and results. The neighborhood is near Grid 70, a nationally acclaimed ideation hub for deign and innovation. The neighborhood is highly walkable and features nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and other downtown businesses. Blue35 is home to companies large and small, from solopreneurs in the co-working space to tenants who's offices feature full-floor build-outs. Offering a variety and flexible access to spaces including single-desk workstations, team stations, and private single offices that offer 24-7 access. Flexible full and part-time memberships are available. Several community development partners collaborated to finance the project. Huntington Community Development Coporation and Michigan Community Capital (formally Michigan Magnet Fund) allocated New Market Tax Credits; Huntington served as the tax credit investor and leverage lender; the Michigan Economic Development Corporation provided a Brownfield Tax Credit; and the Grand Rapids Downtown Development Authority provided financial support.
