Michigan Community Capital Loan Options

Real Estate Loans

Financing for real estate loans may include construction and/or permanent financing for projects that create strong community impacts, have diverse funding sources and require more flexible terms.

Bridge Loans

Bridge loans to finance tax increment financing reimbursements and/or grants into the project.

Predevelopment Loans

Predevelopment loans are customized to provide repayment terms that accommodate the needs of the project’s construction and permanent financing.

Leo & Alpine

Leo and Alpine (Leo & Al) is a mixed-income, mixed-use development located in the West Grand Neighborhood in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The development is partnership between Third Coast Development, LLC andPK Development, LLC and was supported by Michigan CommunityCapital with a construction and permanent loan in 2018.

Thompson Block

Michigan Community Capital provided a bridge loan to The Original and Only Thompson Block, LLC to finance the activation and historic redevelopment of the Thompson Block building in downtown Ypsilanti. The first floor was converted into the full service restaurant – Thompson & Co. The second and third floors were converted into 20 loft-style apartments known as the the Thompson Block Lofts.
