Rhett is a graduate of Baker College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management. In 2005, he joined the property management industry, working with market-rate and student portfolios near Michigan State University and overseeing a large number of units. In 2018, Rhett transitioned to property management in the rural development and tax credit market, servicing Texas, Indiana, and northern Michigan.

Community growth and development have been central to Rhett’s work in property management. He looks forward to continuing that growth and passion with Michigan Community Capital.

Rhett is CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certified through the National Apartment Association and has served on the board of directors of the Property Management Association of Mid-Michigan.
