Michigan Community Capital (MCC) is a non-profit diversified public private partnership that supports the mission of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) by aggregating capital and facilitating the financing and development of low income and attainable housing and the redevelopment of complex brownfield sites within the State of Michigan. This individual will assist with entering data into Salesforce, create and pull custom reports, assist in providing policy impact data to our specialized external contractors, assist with state and federal compliance reports, assisting with tracking and monitoring various loan and operating agreements, reviewing new agreements and other legal documents to identify new tracking requirements and establish systems and processes to effectively provide compliance reporting and monitoring. The role is equal parts reviewing and understanding legal agreements and technology/data management.

Location & Travel
Position is full-time, year-round.
The position may be conducted entirely remotely but the individual must reside in the State of Michigan. MCC provides office space in the Lansing, MI market. Travel (daytime and occasional overnight) to properties and to Lansing for meetings is occasionally required.
